Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and diligent Delivery Boy to join our Logistics and Operations team at Tst24X7 Oncall Services Private Limited in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. This full-time position involves ensuring customers receive their orders promptly and securely.
Key Duties
- Collect orders from warehouses or stores and deliver them within designated areas.
- Guarantee the safe, punctual, and accurate delivery of items.
- Confirm order details prior to dispatch and secure customer acknowledgment or signatures upon delivery.
- Handle cash or digital transactions as needed.
- Utilize GPS and navigation tools to select optimal delivery routes.
- Keep delivery logs and update order statuses through the company application.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols consistently.
- Immediately communicate any delivery problems, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
Additional Information
The role requires a valid two-wheeler driving license and thorough knowledge of local routes. Excellent customer service abilities and responsibility are essential for this position.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is between 10,000 and 12,000 INR.
