Job Overview
We are seeking a courteous and professional Waiter to join our team. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them to their seats, and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience through attentive service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and accompany them to their assigned tables.
- Introduce menus, clarify menu items, daily specials, and current promotions effectively.
- Record precise food and drink orders and relay them accurately to kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining professional decorum.
- Attend to customers during their meal to guarantee satisfaction and address any needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, grievances, and suggestions courteously and efficiently.
- Generate bills and handle payment transactions smoothly.
- Ensure dining area cleanliness including tables, service stations, and surrounding workspaces.
- Prepare and clear tables before and after use systematically.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Support team members especially during busy periods and undertake additional assignments as required.
Remuneration
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 14000 and 16000 INR.
