Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Cake Decorator to provide excellent customer service, fulfill special orders, and maintain bakery displays. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring quality and engagement within the bakery department.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and friendly customer service tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare special cake orders accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and replenish self-serve bakery cases.
• Manage inventory and ensure supplies are well stocked.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities.
• Support other functions within the department as necessary.
• Follow and enforce company policies and bakery standards.
• Complete administrative tasks related to bakery operations.

Candidate Profile

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Completed partial high school education.
• Minimum of three months relevant work experience.
