Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Cake Decorator to provide excellent customer service, fulfill special orders, and maintain bakery displays. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring quality and engagement within the bakery department.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare special cake orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and replenish self-serve bakery cases.
- Manage inventory and ensure supplies are well stocked.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities.
- Support other functions within the department as necessary.
- Follow and enforce company policies and bakery standards.
- Complete administrative tasks related to bakery operations.
Candidate Profile
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Completed partial high school education.
- Minimum of three months relevant work experience.
