Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Investment Banking Reporting team in Manhattan, NY. This role involves supporting data migration and reconciliation efforts as part of a three-month rolling contract, requiring presence on-site three days each week.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate migration from older reporting systems to up-to-date platforms.
- Conduct thorough data reconciliation to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools.
- Lead automation projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with a comprehensive understanding of data.
- Experience in business intelligence reporting and analytics using tools such as Power BI and Cognos.
- Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques.
- Hands-on involvement in data migration and reconciliation exercises.
- Exposure to process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive work ethic.
- Prior experience in Investment Banking or Financial Services preferred.

- Rate: $60 per hour
- Contract Type: 3-month rolling contract
