About the Role
Wedding Wala Dance Studio, located at L-86A, Street No. 7, New Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar, West Delhi near Janakpuri East Metro station, is seeking a dedicated Dance Teacher to manage wedding choreography and studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle communications through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Provide consultation to clients regarding dance classes and wedding choreography services.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions or bookings.
- Manage student registrations, maintain fee records, and track attendance.
- Coordinate schedules for classes involving various trainers.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, prepare reports, and keep office documentation up to date.
- Create and manage reports using advanced features of Microsoft Excel.
- Oversee smooth daily functioning of the dance studio.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.
- Strong organizational abilities with effective multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Professional demeanor, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
