About the Role

Wedding Wala Dance Studio, located at L-86A, Street No. 7, New Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar, West Delhi near Janakpuri East Metro station, is seeking a dedicated Dance Teacher to manage wedding choreography and studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle communications through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
• Provide consultation to clients regarding dance classes and wedding choreography services.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions or bookings.
• Manage student registrations, maintain fee records, and track attendance.
• Coordinate schedules for classes involving various trainers.
• Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, prepare reports, and keep office documentation up to date.
• Create and manage reports using advanced features of Microsoft Excel.
• Oversee smooth daily functioning of the dance studio.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities.
• Strong organizational abilities with effective multitasking skills.
• Previous experience in sales or administrative roles is advantageous.
• Professional demeanor, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

Additional Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week
• Salary Range: INR 9000 to INR 18000 per month
