About the Role

Immerse VA Solutions is seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrative Virtual Assistant to provide support to patients within a growing healthcare organization based in Australia. This fully remote, full-time position requires excellent communication and administrative skills to manage sensitive discussions and ensure superior customer service delivery.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
Weekly commitment: 40 hours per week
Compensation: AUD 5 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls and patient or stakeholder inquiries
Provide empathetic and clear assistance to patients
Manage scheduling of appointments and follow-up communications
Keep records accurately updated using MediRecords software
Liaise effectively with internal healthcare professionals
Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately

Required Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience supporting Australian clientele is mandatory
Background in customer service, customer support, or as an administrative virtual assistant
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English communication
Excellent problem-solving and conflict de-escalation skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when documenting information
Capable of working independently from a professional remote environment

Preferred Additional Skills

Experience in healthcare, allied health, or medical administration sectors
Familiarity with MediRecords or comparable medical practice management systems
Competency in appointment scheduling and handling confidential records
