About the Role
ICICI Lombard is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join their payroll team. This position focuses on digital sales and lead generation through 100% outbound voice calls. The job location is Delhi, and it offers a dynamic workplace with fixed shift timings.
Work Schedule
- Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Shift 2: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Five working days per week with two rotational weekly offs
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Graduation is mandatory
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Strong persuasive and convincing abilities
- At least six months of prior sales experience
Selection Process
- Human Resources interview round
- Operations Manager interview round
Salary and Benefits
The in-hand salary can reach up to ₹27,000 per month.
