About the Role

ICICI Lombard is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join their payroll team. This position focuses on digital sales and lead generation through 100% outbound voice calls. The job location is Delhi, and it offers a dynamic workplace with fixed shift timings.

Work Schedule

Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Shift 2: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Five working days per week with two rotational weekly offs

Qualifications and Skills Required

Graduation is mandatory
Fluent communication skills in English
Strong persuasive and convincing abilities
At least six months of prior sales experience

Selection Process

Human Resources interview round
Operations Manager interview round

Salary and Benefits

The in-hand salary can reach up to ₹27,000 per month.
