Job Overview
This position entails managing customer relationships within the retail business sector, focusing on providing exceptional service and driving sales of Airtel products and plans.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Address and resolve product or service issues by understanding customer complaints, identifying root causes, proposing appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up.
- Generate sales leads proactively to support business growth.
- Promote and sell various Airtel offerings including plans, upgrades, and digital products such as My Airtel App, WYNK, and Airtel TV to both new and existing customers.
- Achieve all assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining smooth store operations within the established scope of plans.
- Uphold adherence to company policies, procedures, and expected ethical standards throughout all operations.
- Ensure all operational store requirements are completed accurately and timely.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months field sales experience is required.
- Educational qualification of Graduation or MBA is essential.
