- Keep detailed records of all customer communications, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Relay customer feedback and ongoing issues to the appropriate internal teams to support product and service improvements.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm that their issues are resolved and expectations are met.
