We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Customer Care Executive to enhance our customer service team. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Efficiently address customer concerns, complaints, and technical problems while maintaining a positive service experience.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Bam Foods' products and services to assist customers accurately.
- Keep detailed records of all customer communications, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Relay customer feedback and ongoing issues to the appropriate internal teams to support product and service improvements.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm that their issues are resolved and expectations are met.
