Customer Care Executive

Position Overview

Benda Infotech is looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Customer Care Executive who will also serve as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment, and Marketing Specialist. This role involves playing a crucial part in sourcing top talent and managing recruitment and marketing related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates to provide clear explanations of job roles and requirements.
• Leverage multiple US-based job portals to identify qualified candidates.
• Support candidates by preparing them for interviews, enhancing their chances of success.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of applicant data.
• Monitor the progress and status of applications efficiently.
• Compose professional written communications and emails for diverse purposes.
• Actively seek out and attract potential clients and candidates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrate quick learning ability, independence, resourcefulness, and comfort working in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Excel.
• Familiarity with multiple job portals is advantageous.

Additional Details

• Work Shift: Night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
• Language Requirement: Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Joining: Immediate start expected.
