Role Summary
We seek a full-time Career Counselor based in Kozhikode to support healthcare and other professionals by guiding them through career planning, licensing pathways, and job opportunities that align with global healthcare demands. Daily tasks include individual counseling sessions, evaluating career interests and skills, helping clients devise structured career development plans, and assisting students and early-career professionals with information on training programs and certifications. The counselor will also maintain detailed records of counseling activities, collaborate with internal teams to provide up-to-date licensing information, and participate in workshops and outreach programs to increase awareness of career options and compliance processes.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in Career Counseling and Development to facilitate professional growth.
- Experience with Career Management to aid in career transitions and long-term planning.
- Proficient in Student Counseling to advise on education, training, and job prospects.
- Strong Communication skills for effective counseling, presentations, and teamwork.
- Prior background in career counseling, academic advising, or talent development, preferably within healthcare or international recruitment sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, empathy, and adaptability to work with diverse individuals.
- Familiarity with digital counseling tools and platforms for documentation and communication.
Compensation
The remuneration for this position ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 25,000 monthly, with additional incentives.
