About the Role
Cavalry Info Private Limited is currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive to manage a Kannada telecalling process. This role involves addressing customer inquiries specifically in the Kannada language in a friendly and supportive work atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve customer queries related to D2H services in Kannada.
- Maintain a courteous and helpful tone with every interaction.
- Work collaboratively within a target-free environment promoting positive engagement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should have completed SSC, Intermediate, Diploma, or any graduate level education; candidates currently pursuing education are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in speaking Kannada is mandatory.
Work Details
- Location: Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
- This position requires working from the office premises (no remote option).
- Immediate joining.
Interview & Selection
- Interviews are conducted on the same day, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Required documents include Resume/CV and a Xerox copy of the Aadhar Card.
- Salary details will be provided during the HR interview.
