Customer Care Executive - Kannada Telecalling

About the Role

Cavalry Info Private Limited is currently seeking candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive to manage a Kannada telecalling process. This role involves addressing customer inquiries specifically in the Kannada language in a friendly and supportive work atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve customer queries related to D2H services in Kannada.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful tone with every interaction.
• Work collaboratively within a target-free environment promoting positive engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants should have completed SSC, Intermediate, Diploma, or any graduate level education; candidates currently pursuing education are also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in speaking Kannada is mandatory.

Work Details

• Location: Punjagutta, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
• This position requires working from the office premises (no remote option).
• Immediate joining.

Interview & Selection

• Interviews are conducted on the same day, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Required documents include Resume/CV and a Xerox copy of the Aadhar Card.
• Salary details will be provided during the HR interview.
