About the Role

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our team as International Customer Support Executives based in Mohali. This role involves direct interaction with customers to handle inquiries effectively and provide reliable information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer calls, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Deliver accurate, current information regarding company products and offerings.
• Escalate complex matters to the designated teams for resolution.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed education up to 10+2 level.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Students enrolled in correspondence courses are eligible to apply.
• Applicants should be aged between 18 and 33 years.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range from 27,000 to 39,000 INR per month, with potential annual earnings between 2.5 to 4 lakhs INR.
