Job Overview
Join Venu's Pet Care as a Customer Care Executive stationed in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We seek a candidate passionate about pets to manage diverse customer interactions and ensure smooth service bookings in our facility. Male candidates proficient in Kannada, English, and Hindi are encouraged to apply. Food and accommodation amenities will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram messages.
- Manage bookings across services including Boarding, Grooming, Swimming, Café, Daycare, and Pickup & Drop.
- Clearly communicate details about services, pricing options, and available packages.
- Follow up on potential leads to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to coordinate daily activities and update customers accordingly.
- Keep accurate records of customer information, bookings, and generate reports for management review.
- Address and resolve customer issues professionally, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Motivate customers to submit Google reviews after their visits to enhance brand presence.
- Promote memberships, offers, and new pet care services proactively.
Candidate Requirements
- Genuine love and care for pets is essential.
- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi languages is preferred.
- Must be a male applicant as per the employer's specifications.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between 15000 and 22000 INR.
