Job Overview

Join Venu's Pet Care as a Customer Care Executive stationed in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We seek a candidate passionate about pets to manage diverse customer interactions and ensure smooth service bookings in our facility. Key Responsibilities

• Attend and respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram messages.
• Manage bookings across services including Boarding, Grooming, Swimming, Café, Daycare, and Pickup & Drop.
• Clearly communicate details about services, pricing options, and available packages.
• Follow up on potential leads to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Work closely with the Operations Team to coordinate daily activities and update customers accordingly.
• Keep accurate records of customer information, bookings, and generate reports for management review.
• Address and resolve customer issues professionally, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Motivate customers to submit Google reviews after their visits to enhance brand presence.
• Promote memberships, offers, and new pet care services proactively.

Candidate Requirements

• Genuine love and care for pets is essential.
• Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi languages is preferred.
• Must be a male applicant as per the employer's specifications.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between 15000 and 22000 INR.
• Food and accommodation facilities provided by the company.
