Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned customer accounts, including sales support, demand planning, pricing, contracts, forecasting, and project coordination.
  • Regularly track and report on revenue targets, sales backlogs, and customer forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for escalations, promptly identifying and resolving issues that impact customers or internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners—such as Sales, Demand Planning, Business Units, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Legal, and Social & Environmental teams—to ensure a seamless customer experience and support individual account needs.
  • Manage and coordinate pricing quotes, negotiate contracts, and handle global supply agreements in partnership with the contract center.
  • Conduct revenue and unit forecasting, split/DAR management, and monitor demand reports using tools like QlikView.
  • Participate in customer meetings, both virtually and in person, and deliver clear, persuasive presentations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Strong organizational ability with excellent attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage priorities and deadlines under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Self-driven, disciplined professional with a sense of initiative and strong ownership.
  • Excellent skills in time management, problem solving, and critical thinking.
  • Quick to adapt and eager to tackle new challenges.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
