  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks before launching campaigns, including content, links, segmentation, and rendering.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce and tailor campaign copy and visuals, maintaining creative consistency across campaigns.
  • Support the CRM Manager in implementing lifecycle strategies and contribute recommendations to enhance customer lifetime value, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Assist in designing and executing test-and-learn initiatives to refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Extract and analyze campaign performance data using the customer engagement platform and Tableau, reporting insights against key performance indicators.
  • Provide regular updates on testing activities and performance trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of direct experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing within a direct-to-consumer or comparison business environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering precise work.
