Role Overview
We are seeking a CRM Executive to execute and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns, focusing on email, SMS, and other communication channels across one or two verticals. This role involves hands-on campaign building, testing, optimization, and collaboration with various teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and deploy lifecycle marketing campaigns via email and SMS, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
- Create customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates within the Braze platform.
- Manage campaign timelines and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks before launching campaigns, including content, links, segmentation, and rendering.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce and tailor campaign copy and visuals, maintaining creative consistency across campaigns.
- Support the CRM Manager in implementing lifecycle strategies and contribute recommendations to enhance customer lifetime value, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Assist in designing and executing test-and-learn initiatives to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Extract and analyze campaign performance data using the customer engagement platform and Tableau, reporting insights against key performance indicators.
- Provide regular updates on testing activities and performance trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing within a direct-to-consumer or comparison business environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering precise work.
- Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- Adept at working with data and quick to master new technological tools.
- Experience with Braze or a similar customer engagement platform is advantageous.
