This opportunity is part of the Five Guys brand under Shamal Holding. The Dubai branch is expanding and looking for Crew Members to join the restaurant team.
Role Overview
As a Crew Member, you will help create a consistently strong guest experience while being trained across multiple restaurant stations. These may include Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns, and Dressings.
Key Duties
- Provide excellent service at all times while working in a clean and safe environment, resolving basic guest concerns directly and escalating more complex issues to a manager.
- Follow Five Guys standards and stay current with the company’s internal learning modules and brand requirements.
- Support the restaurant’s performance goals by contributing actively toward targets and daily objectives.
- Keep kitchen and operational areas clean, orderly, and customer-ready, including replenishing stations and maintaining restrooms, terrace spaces, and other assigned areas.
- Observe all rules related to uniforms, grooming, punctuality, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Handle the cash register correctly and help protect company property and assets.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to assist wherever support is needed.
- Take on any other reasonable assignment given by management.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a service crew position or a similar customer-facing role is required.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
