Role overview

This position focuses on collecting and delivering parcels safely, on time, and with precision. The courier is expected to confirm package details through scanning and content checks, protect shipment security, and deliver a high standard of customer care.

Key duties

• Pick up and drop off parcels safely along assigned routes while staying within scheduled timeframes.
• Check and scan packages to verify that the contents and order details match at both pickup and delivery.
• Offer professional customer service and make sure parcels are packed and handled securely.
• Immediately escalate delivery problems, damaged items, or address discrepancies.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed.

Education and experience

A secondary-school education or an equivalent qualification is needed. Applicants should also have at least 1 year of professional driving experience.

Licensing and capability requirements

Candidates must hold either a minimum C Class (Car) licence (AUK012) or a minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck licence (AUK013).
