About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Recruiter for a 6-month remote contract position with a pay rate of $48 per hour, including benefits. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle to bring top talent into the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals, establish clear expectations, and maintain effective communication plans to foster strong partnerships.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the business to serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for recruitment matters.
- Perform market analysis for critical roles to improve sourcing tactics and provide insights and training to hiring managers.
- Use advanced sourcing methods to present a qualified and diverse slate of candidates to hiring teams.
- Oversee the interview and selection process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and supporting sound hiring decisions.
- Regularly update candidate status in the applicant tracking system to comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle offer negotiations and delivery of acceptances or declines.
- Engage in ad-hoc Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
