About the Role

This position is offered on behalf of a partner company based in the United States. The Coordinator - Lead Generation will serve a crucial function in supporting recruitment efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential driver candidates through various communication channels including phone, email, social media, and chat. The role demands creativity and persistence to uncover new candidate sourcing possibilities and enhance recruitment effectiveness, all within a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in a high volume of inbound and outbound discussions with potential candidates coming from different recruiting sources.
Follow up on leads generated and maintain ongoing relationships with prospective applicants throughout the hiring process.
Identify and qualify strong candidate leads according to set requirements and transfer them to recruiters for additional follow-up.
Clearly communicate job opportunities and relevant information to candidates.
Utilize recruiting software to source, track, document, and report candidate data effectively.
Produce weekly reports outlining lead sources, candidate activity, and recruitment results.
Innovate sourcing strategies to discover fresh lead generation methods.
Handle candidate inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally using a solution-focused approach.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring precision, responsiveness, and thorough follow-through.
Consistently make a high volume of outbound calls daily aligned with recruitment objectives.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
At least two years of relevant professional experience in lead generation, recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related area.
Strong skills in prospecting, qualifying, and relationship-building.
Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
A professional and enthusiastic demeanor focused on achieving results in candidate engagement.
Ability to positively manage objections and guide candidates to subsequent recruitment stages.
Superior organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Capable of making 80 or more outbound calls daily.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity software.
Ability to quickly learn and use recruiting platforms and digital communication tools.
