JASARA Program Management Company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves comprehensive oversight of the contract management process to ensure compliance with operational goals and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of contract lifecycle including negotiation, drafting, reviewing, and monitoring contracts.
• Ensure contracts align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate contract execution.
• Provide expert guidance on contract law, particularly relating to construction contracts such as FIDIC standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on contract performance and compliance issues.
• Address and resolve contractual disputes efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to support project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 15 years of professional experience managing contracts in construction or engineering sectors.
• Extensive understanding of contract law and proficient with FIDIC contract frameworks.
• Advanced negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Meticulous analytical capacity with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working cooperatively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in all contract-related activities.
