Senior Cost Engineer

Role overview

JASARA PMC is looking for a Senior Cost Engineer to take ownership of cost control and financial tracking across construction projects. In this position, you will prepare estimates, review project spending, and turn financial data into practical guidance that supports profitability and sound decision-making. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to make sure cost engineering activities stay aligned with the company’s broader strategic goals.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar discipline is required.
• You should bring at least 13 years of experience in cost engineering or project controls, with construction industry exposure preferred.
• Hands-on experience with cost management software and tools, along with strong advanced Excel capability, is needed.
• You must have excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities and be comfortable adjusting to shifting project demands.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to work effectively with varied teams, are essential.
