About the Role
Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a skilled Content Developer / Copywriter to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned written materials in English. This role involves translating complex data science and AI concepts—guided by subject matter experts—into engaging, accessible messages tailored for a broad enterprise audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine newsletters, intranet and SharePoint content, announcements, success stories, and use-case narratives.
- Collaborate with Data Science & Governance and AI experts to accurately and clearly communicate technical topics.
- Ensure consistent application of tone, voice, and terminology in all produced content.
- Assist with scripting for events, executive briefings, and digital board communications.
- Develop copy briefs to guide visual content created by the brand and creative teams.
Qualifications
- Between four to seven years of experience in corporate copywriting, content creation, or communications.
- A portfolio showcasing corporate and internal communications delivered via digital platforms.
- Preferred experience in simplifying technical or regulatory content.
- Fluent English skills focused on corporate copywriting and editing.
- Strong editorial precision and brand consistency.
