About the Role
Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a skilled Adoption & Measurement Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence to oversee the performance measurement aspects of our program. This role involves establishing and sustaining a comprehensive KPI framework, conducting surveys, and generating dashboards that monitor engagement, data proficiency, and overall satisfaction. The analyst will translate complex data into actionable insights to guide ongoing change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and sustain an adoption KPI framework focusing on Employee Engagement, Data Literacy, and Employee Satisfaction metrics.
- Design and manage surveys and polls in collaboration with subject matter experts to gauge awareness and satisfaction, performing detailed analysis that includes sentiment and trend identification.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and quarterly/annual progress reports to track program evolution.
- Calculate relevant metrics per predefined RFP methods, such as completion, attendance, and survey scores.
- Provide insightful adoption analyses and strategic recommendations to the Change & Communications Lead.
- Ensure the quality, clarity, and documentation of all data measurements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 4 and 7 years of experience in data or business intelligence analysis, with a preference for those having worked in change management, HR analytics, or program evaluation.
- Demonstrated expertise in dashboard creation and survey-based performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Power BI dashboard development, advanced Excel skills, and foundational statistical knowledge.
- Experience designing KPI frameworks and using adoption/change management metrics.
- Competence in designing surveys using tools such as Microsoft Forms or Qualtrics, alongside sentiment and trend analysis capabilities.
- Microsoft PL-300 certification (Power BI Data Analyst) is preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
