Overview
Shree Ram Textiles, a division of M.A. Textiles Pvt. Ltd., is seeking to fill the position of Collection Executive at their Dadar, Mumbai location. The role involves managing customer payment follow-ups and supporting internal teams to ensure collections are properly recorded and issues are resolved promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact customers regarding outstanding payments and follow up to ensure timely receipt.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Accounts departments to streamline collection processes.
- Maintain accurate collection records and generate management information system (MIS) reports as required.
- Address and resolve any payment-related queries from customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage records and reports.
- Applicants who can join immediately will be given preference.
- Experience ranging from 1 to over 3 years in a similar role is expected.
Employment Details
- Location: Dadar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
