Collection Executive / Officer

Overview

Shree Ram Textiles, a division of M.A. Textiles Pvt. Ltd., is seeking to fill the position of Collection Executive at their Dadar, Mumbai location. The role involves managing customer payment follow-ups and supporting internal teams to ensure collections are properly recorded and issues are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers regarding outstanding payments and follow up to ensure timely receipt.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Accounts departments to streamline collection processes.
• Maintain accurate collection records and generate management information system (MIS) reports as required.
• Address and resolve any payment-related queries from customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess effective communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams professionally.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage records and reports.
• Applicants who can join immediately will be given preference.
• Experience ranging from 1 to over 3 years in a similar role is expected.

Employment Details

• Location: Dadar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
• Immediate hiring for the role.
