Job Overview
Join Ascend Bizcap as a Collection Executive or Officer based in Patna, Bihar, responsible for managing the complete collection process of assigned loan portfolios at customer and dealership locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end collection activities for the designated loan portfolio.
- Perform collection visits to electric vehicle dealerships and customer premises.
- Ensure timely deposit of collected payments at branches within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
- Focus on recovering dues from non-starters and conducting daily follow-ups with delinquent customers.
- Maintain and submit daily productivity reports and detailed analysis to senior management.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 26,000.
