Job Overview

Join Ascend Bizcap as a Collection Executive or Officer based in Patna, Bihar, responsible for managing the complete collection process of assigned loan portfolios at customer and dealership locations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end collection activities for the designated loan portfolio.
Perform collection visits to electric vehicle dealerships and customer premises.
Ensure timely deposit of collected payments at branches within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
Focus on recovering dues from non-starters and conducting daily follow-ups with delinquent customers.
Maintain and submit daily productivity reports and detailed analysis to senior management.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 26,000.
