About CELINE

Role Impact and Responsibilities

Achieve individual and store sales objectives along with consignment targets.
Leverage comprehensive knowledge of products during sales to enhance transaction volume and value.
Comply strictly with all corporate policies.
Accurately collect and record customer details into the company database.
Promote store events through direct communication channels such as emails, calls, and personalized notes.
Build and maintain an extensive client portfolio.
Ensure timely follow-up on all client-related concerns, including shipping and alterations.
Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness and the brand’s visual standards.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum three years' experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly adapt to various software applications.
A client book is highly advantageous.
Strong passion for luxury products and design aesthetics.
Customer-service oriented with a demonstrated ability to focus on client needs.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
Knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
