Job description

Role Overview

This position requires maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene within assigned spaces, ensuring a safe and inviting environment. The role reports directly to the Site Manager and operates on the following schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM, with Fridays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Key Duties

  • Carry out routine cleaning activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing touch points, cleaning restrooms, descaling, and window washing.
  • Sanitize kitchens, restrooms, and communal areas thorough and regularly.
  • Dispose of waste and recycling properly and promptly.
  • Restock consumables including soap, toilet tissue, and paper towels.
  • Properly utilize and maintain all cleaning tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, including COSHH regulations.
  • Communicate any maintenance or repair issues swiftly to supervisors.
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues to complete cleaning tasks effectively.
  • Perform regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards consistently.
