About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and immaculate service to guests
• Handle sales transactions accurately at the register
• Monitor and maintain product inventory levels
• Ensure the restaurant stays clean and presentable
• Consistently offer outstanding customer service to every guest

Required Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to accurately complete point-of-sale transactions
• Comfort using computers, telephones, and other store equipment
• Capable of working effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail or similar customer-facing roles
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
