Role Summary

The Butler Coordinator acts as the main communication point for the butler team, helping ensure guest requests, rituals, and service activities are tracked and delivered smoothly and on time.

Key Duties

  • Serve as the department’s central coordination point for butler communication and follow-up on guest activities.
  • Review incoming arrival information, preferably about a week ahead, and study guest profiles to prepare for preferences and special needs.
  • Monitor service tasks completed by other teams such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage, making sure they align with brand timelines and service expectations.
  • Oversee daily workflow, keep track of task completion messages, and confirm that butlers carry out scheduled guest rituals.
  • Record guest history details, including personal notes, habits, preferences, and dislikes, based on observation and feedback.
  • Support the Head Butler with administrative work, supply inventory checks, and preparation of operational reports.
