Overview
This contract role is for a Business Operations & Analytics Specialist working remotely from the United Kingdom. The assignment is estimated at 10 to 40 hours per week and offers hourly compensation in the range of $50 to $60.
Key Responsibilities
- Review operational datasets and performance indicators to spot patterns, bottlenecks, and areas where processes can be improved.
- Build and update dashboards and KPI reports that help teams make informed decisions.
- Map out processes and analyze workflows, then turn those findings into practical recommendations.
- Prepare clear visual materials that present complex information and guidance in an easy-to-understand way.
- Develop scoring models, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks for operational performance.
- Convert analytical findings into brief, actionable recommendations for different business audiences.
