Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Review operational datasets and performance indicators to spot patterns, bottlenecks, and areas where processes can be improved.

• Prepare clear visual materials that present complex information and guidance in an easy-to-understand way.
• Develop scoring models, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks for operational performance.

Requirements
