About the Role
We are looking to hire a meticulous and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to become a vital part of our data and analytics team based in the United States. This role offers full-time employment with options for remote or hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and sustaining BI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Analyzing extensive datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and comprehend reporting needs.
- Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to aid in strategic business decisions.
- Constructing and refining data models and ETL workflows.
- Creating visual data representations via BI tools for clear communication of insights.
- Enabling data-informed decision-making processes across various departments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with prominent BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or related tools.
- Understanding of data warehousing principles and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is considered advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset coupled with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
