Overview
IndusInd Bank Ltd., a customer-centric and technologically advanced private sector bank certified under ISO 9001:2000, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Kochi to support its ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients who are new to the bank, specifically targeting salary accounts and high-value salary accounts.
- Facilitate the opening of current and savings accounts (CASA).
- Ensure that salary credits are successfully credited into all accounts brought in.
- Interact with customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities and generate leads for additional banking products.
- Maintain intensive client engagement to meet defined scorecard objectives.
- Strictly comply with all processes and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with the Relationship Manager to address individual client needs, requests, and grievances.
- Report any issues or concerns to the respective Relationship Manager, Regional Head, or Central Office to enable timely corrective measures.
- Ensure high first-time-right quality standards on all sourced accounts aligned with bank benchmarks.
