About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive specializing in telesales to join our team in Bopal, Ambli, Ahmedabad. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, comprehensively understanding their needs, and presenting our legal and business service offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services.
- Analyze customers' requirements and articulate the benefits of our legal and business solutions.
- Successfully convert assigned leads into confirmed sales opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to support ongoing business growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless onboarding of new customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess between six months and one year of experience in business development, telesales, inside sales, telecalling, or customer sales.
- Demonstrate excellent communication abilities with strong persuasive skills.
- Show a goal-oriented attitude and be comfortable discussing services over the phone.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
