Role overview
Firetrol Protection Systems is hiring an experienced Branch Manager to direct the sales, service, and installation functions of the branch. This position is responsible for day-to-day branch performance, coordination of project teams, and delivery of high-quality service to customers. A solid background in fire protection systems, people management, and branch-level operations is essential.
What you'll do
- Oversee branch operations, including installation work and service execution.
- Guide and support branch employees such as department managers, sales representatives, administrative staff, design team members, and technicians.
- Make sure work is completed in line with fire protection codes, industry standards, and safety requirements.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customers receive reliable support.
- Track financial results, manage budgets, and help improve project profitability.
- Work with corporate leadership to put company policies and growth plans into action.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in fire protection, construction, or a closely related field, with leadership duties included.
- Working knowledge of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and suppression systems, plus access control, IP camera systems, intercom systems, and nurse call systems.
- Background in managing projects, teams, and budgets successfully.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain compliance with NFPA standards and local rules.
