Focused on African manufacturing and sustainability, Tuwe Bora seeks to expand its presence as a leading partner in circular textiles and sustainable manufacturing across Kenya and East Africa.
Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially oriented B2B Growth & Marketing Lead to spearhead and implement marketing initiatives that enhance our market visibility and generate qualified business prospects. This role requires synergy with the Business Development and leadership teams to support sales, foster customer acquisition, establish partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The position goes beyond social media management to encompass a strategic approach to marketing as a sales enabler.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement the B2B marketing strategy to target fashion brands, corporates, hospitality sectors, manufacturers, and other priority customer groups.
- Drive generation of qualified leads and opportunities to support sales objectives.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns and content such as case studies, capability profiles, and success stories.
- Oversee digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, company website, and email marketing.
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer databases.
- Facilitate product launches, events, exhibitions, and collaborative partnership campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and lead generation impact on sales pipeline.
- Conduct background research on competitors, customers, and market trends to uncover opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams to advance prospects through the sales funnel from awareness to qualified leads.
- Promote Tuwe Bora's sustainability and impact message in a professional and commercially appealing manner.

- Volume of qualified B2B leads generated.

Candidate Profile
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related areas.
- Minimum of three years' experience in marketing, growth, B2B marketing, or business development support roles.
- Proven track record in generating leads and supporting revenue growth.
- Strong storytelling and content creation capabilities.
- Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, email, and websites.
- Solid knowledge of customer segmentation and marketing funnel dynamics.
- Understanding of sales pipelines and experience collaborating with sales teams.
- Analytical skills for assessing and reporting marketing outcomes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project-management abilities.
- Experience in sectors such as fashion, manufacturing, sustainability, hospitality, textiles, recycling, or circular economy is advantageous.
