About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned senior broker to join our Auckland Corporate Broking team as an Associate Director. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their main liaison while ensuring excellent, accurate, and efficient service standards. You will nurture existing client relationships and actively pursue opportunities to expand your client base. Collaboration with internal business units and specialty teams will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create customized proposals for new business opportunities that clearly demonstrate the value our company provides.
  • Manage client renewals, including premium assessments and policy evaluations.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to colleagues to help foster professional growth within the broking team.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Possession of a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) – General Insurance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with persuasive negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A strategic approach to problem-solving with the capacity to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
