Role overview
This position supports the warehouse team lead in running outbound warehouse activities. The job is practical and execution-focused, covering daily picking, packing, sorting, and related outbound workflows. It also includes support for inbound work so that output levels and performance targets stay on track.
What you will do
- Help supervise day-to-day outbound warehouse processes, including picking, packing, and sorting.
- Track productivity and key performance indicators to make sure accuracy and efficiency targets are achieved.
- Coordinate staffing plans and attendance for the outbound team so the operation always has enough skilled people.
- Keep outbound work moving smoothly and ensure tasks are completed within required timelines.
- Make sure incoming goods are handled immediately and that outbound preparation is not delayed.
- Prepare performance updates for the team lead and flag issues such as bottlenecks or process gaps.
- Work closely with warehouse assistants, giving direct support, coaching, and on-the-job guidance.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Prior experience as a lead or person in charge is a plus.
- A proactive, practical, and supportive approach to team guidance is essential.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment and meeting deadlines.
- Willing to work weekends on a rostered basis within a 5-day work week that includes weekend shifts.

This role is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite position. It is focused on warehouse operations in a shared business environment.
