Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and close-knit team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both seasoned professionals and recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in supporting sales operations from initiation to completion within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling and organizing customer meetings
Support preparation of proposals and pricing materials
Manage project documents including certificates and agreements
Compile weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Effectively communicate any updates or delays regarding project timelines

Candidate Profile

Highly detail-oriented and organized
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication abilities and proficient with computer applications
Works well as part of a team in an office-based role
