Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and close-knit team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both seasoned professionals and recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in supporting sales operations from initiation to completion within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and organizing customer meetings
• Support preparation of proposals and pricing materials
• Manage project documents including certificates and agreements
• Compile weekly and monthly sales performance reports
• Effectively communicate any updates or delays regarding project timelines

• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication abilities and proficient with computer applications
• Works well as part of a team in an office-based role
